60x5 Spray Wax

Spray wax solution is a light-duty, liquid wax release agent. It is formulated with natural waxes to reduce the tendency of fisheyes. It is fast drying, easy to apply and buffs to a high polish. It may be used to facilitate release or add gleam to finished FRP parts and many other surfaces. Manufactured by Lilly Ram.

87X02 Garalease 915

Garalease 915 is a film-forming barrier coat that serves as both a sealer and a release agent. It is a fast-drying parting compound and the film it forms comes away with the molded part. When sufficiently thick, the film may be peeled or blown off with a jet of air. Manufactured by Lilly Ram.

87x5 Plastilease 334

Plastilease 334 is a creamy tan paste release agent that is superior for use with epoxy and phenolic resins. It works jointly as a sealer and release agent and is ideal for use on porous mold surfaces. This formulation is a precision blend of inorganic waxes, completely non-silicone and non-transferring, so it will not interfere with post-finishing. It can be used up to 500ºF. Manufactured by Lilly Ram.

MR225

MR225 is silicone-free, heat stable, non-carbonizing release agent. The heat-cured film of MR225 does not usually transfer or migrate, so that painting, finishing, bonding or other secondary processing steps may be accomplished on molded parts without further treatment. MR225 is thermally stable up to 900°F. Available in Blue and Clear formulations. Manufactured by Lilly Ram.

SURFACE AGENT

Surface Agent is a specialized liquid product containing wax that’s designed to be used with gel coats and resins in the fabrication of composite materials.

WEBBING SOLUTION

Webbing Solution is a clear liquid added to gel coat to obtain “spatter” or “cobweb” effects. It is mixed with the gel coat of one color and sprayed onto a contrasting colored surface. Please note that decorative effects will vary and relate directly to techniques and/or gun adjustments. Mix ratio is one part gel coat to three parts webbing solution by weight and catalyzed based on gel coat amount. Manufactured by Lilly Ram.

RAMPAGE Gelcoats

Utilizing Lilly Ram gelcoat base, this sand able gelcoat is excellent for use on parts that need to be post painted. This gelcoat sands easily creating a prepared surface for secondary spray.

RAMPAGE Buffing Compounds

Lilly Ram’s gelcoat buffing products are formulated specifically for gelcoat and other polyester and VE coatings. RAMBUFF was designed to take on these coatings to make the post finishing jobs easier and more effective. 4 step process, RB 800, RB 1000, RB 2000, and RB Gloss & Seal.
